法官不会花时间去找判例的. 这个法律也没规定一方不同意重建, 另一方自己重建的情况下, 可不可以要求不同意的一方出钱. 这种纠纷以前应该有, 但要花钱请律师去浩大的判例库去查, 查到后呈交给法庭, 法官会认可, 按判例判决.

回复加拿大老张：不能依靠法官去费时费力帮助任何一方仔细查询以前的案例，虽然法官会做一些备案的工作。你必须自己做详细的home work, 把一切文件整理好交给法官判决。法官判案非常注重legal balance, 一般来说，不会让一方大赢让另一方输惨，尽量公平合理。
