Look what happen to Ukraine after 2013. It overthrown the old government and established a new one but it changed from one of the richest countries in Europe to the poorest country in Europe. For the past about 10 years, the government always dreamed western countries especially the U.S. would help it but the help never came. If the government woke up from the dream earlier, this should not happen.
