I strongly support to correct Ontario's current sick Tenant and landlord law. The law has to be fair to both tenants and landlords. If the tenant has the right to terminate the lease, so should have the landlord when the lease expires. If the tenant fails to pay the rent without consent of the landlord, the landlord should have the right to evict the tenant immediately,not waiting several months or years. The landlords are investors not a charity. If landlord fails in repair, the tenant should have the right have move out or have it repaired and get compensated.
