Something could be somewhat wrong with the lovely and innocent girl's parents to some point. As at a much earlier time, the police has already made it to the public CLEARLY that this is neither a ransom case nor a case involving a stranger. And this could be ONE of the reasons, even most of us don't wish it's true. But anyway, everyone has his right to say something here. Please respect others and please do not make any assumption so sure and so soon. Let us see.

I agree there is something related to hatred, but we are not in the proper position to guess or imagine. One thing for sure: The suspect has the least right to choose this way to solve their unknown problems. Kids are always innocent. No matter what is behind the scene, we all should stand firm in support to the victim Child, just because she is innocent.

Awful comments !!!!!!l That hurts a lot to Zhang's family and the whole Chinese community. I might agree there is something related to hatred. But...... Cecelia is innocent!!!! 世上没有无缘无故的爱与恨，解铃还须系铃人。孩子是无辜的，但父母必须从这件事进行反省，如果真的做了对不起别人的人，应当拿出诚意来表达自己的悔过之心。 从来加到现在，一桩又一桩的杀人案发生在中国人中间，我想这已经不只是只萦绕在我脑海中的问题了：中国人到底怎么了？早先来留学，来移民的先辈们身揣为数不多的钱财来到这里。靠着打工读书，靠着勤奋的劳动创造着自己的生活。改革开放让一部分中国人富裕了起来。看一看如今的留学生，他们多是‘富家’子弟（包括贪官污吏）。他们不再需要打工，糜烂的生活注定了他们最后的悲剧。在新移民中，一次买房，来了就退休的人越来越多。加拿大成了洗钱的天堂。在国内能捞就捞，来了这里摇身一变，就成了拥有文明和物质的上等人。大多数新移民都还是通过艰苦奋斗换来稳定的生活，但有些人确实是不失通过正常途径的。这么多的杀人，绑架案的发生不能不让这些人反省。为什麽这些事不发生在普通人身上？街上的小孩多的是，哪个不比小东岳好拐走？得要多大的仇恨才能让绑匪冒如此大的风险进屋绑架？上天是公平的，当你用不正当的手段等到了你不因该拥有的东西时，你失去的会更多。中国有句古话：吃亏是福。 当然，无论怎么说，绑架都是不应支持的报复手段。孩子什么也不知道。但作为她的父母应当反省自己的行为，尽快表达他们的真实态度。 祝愿小孩早日返家。

有这个想法很久了，满大街活泼可爱的孩子，抓哪个都比跑到人家家里抓的方便。 绑架者一定是恨透了这对父母，又拿他们无可奈何，想勒索钱财的时候又被他们抢先一步报了警，最后无奈之下为了自己的安全撕票！ 估计是他们父母的骗的人太多了，都不知道是哪个过来报复他们的。哎，可怜的小孩子是无辜的，到是被他们父母给害了。
