这块地的zooning可以做商业和住宅两用，以后完全可以造一个商居下铺的产业！ 28*108上层可以作成至少4间房，下面商铺可卖可租，泥不懂还出来贻笑大方是什么意思？

$4 millions + construction expenses + other fees and the selling price will be expensive. I don't think any development company will take it now. Hard to sell the units as the interest rate is going up and economy is going down.
