Time has changed because 10 years ago there weren't that many Mainland Chinese flamboyantly with bad mannerisms driving high model BMWs, Maserati or Porsche SUVs around the GTA
It has nothing to do viruses but Chinese behaviors and mannerisms!!

Do not emulate the attitude of T & T staff who are so proud of themselves for NOT being able to speak English yet able to make a basic and meager living!
Learn to speak and write idiomatic North American English, know the history of North America, Know who is who in the current Canadian political arena, get out of your Chinese enclave, keep your voice down and behave in a low-profile mannerism when in public; at the same time, always be proud of yourself as Chinese-Canadian as other nationals can also learn from us; this "Sinophobia " phenomenon will vanish into thin air!
