万锦华人家长不满教育局政策 去比赛就考试不及格

不准补考又没说不准提前考，申请提前考。

是哈，教育的公平性和教学秩序更重要。个人爱好还是个人去解决。

参加这种比赛只是学生和家长的意愿，并非代表学校和教育局。这种比赛只是个人兴趣爱好的体现，对学生升学并无太大帮助。让教育局网开一面，提供特殊对待是不合理的。

我的理解和我家孩子的经历是，期末考试是可以补考的

就算給你知道考什麼，都不是每個人都有能力完全應付考試的。 教育局不能太死板。

不同学校的日常请假政策不太一样，但是YRDSB的期末考试政策一直是一致的， Final examinations will NOT be rescheduled to accommodate alternate activities which conflict with the timing of exams (i.e. vacations, employment commitments, appointments, etc.) 只有医疗相关可以，而且规定也非常严格，If you miss an examination due to illness, you must present a medical note to the Vice-Principal by 9:00a.m. on the day immediately following the exam. The medical note must clearly indicate that you were examined on that day of the exam by a doctor who found you not well enough to write your final exam. Students who do not present a valid medical note will receive a mark of zero (0) on the exam.
