WOW, NOBODY IS SAFE IN CANADA; FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST IS A SUPER IMPORTANT PERSON IN MEDICO-LEGAL SYSTEM! I DON'T TRUST THE POLICE REPORT!! THE CASE IS A DIABOLICAL COVER-UP AND WILL BE CLOSED WITHOUT FURTHER INVESTIGATION!
The next step will have the suspect released and acquitted because there was no " concrete evidence " to prove he had committed the crime and he will receive a hefty amount of money as reimbursement for being jailed for years!

Any suspicious death requires a forensic autopsy to find out the cause of death which takes time to have a complete report. While " superficial " evidence like bone fractures or wounds can be easily determined within 4-6 hours was it the cause of death, the toxicology report will take at least 24 hours or more to be fully investigated. Police can only rely on the report to path their investigation direction. How could the police override the incomplete forensic report and announce within less than 24 hours that the death was no foul play???
