护士公会只认公立学校的培训，公立学校的护士入学要求很高。譬如Sheridan College 要求非英语母语的申请人须提供托福或雅思成绩。变态？

回复 山火：Then all applicants shall take those tests, including local high school students. Let them try that stupid tests for fairness and justice.
Also in tradition, if you hold any degrees in Canada or America, it is ridiculous to require the applicants to take those tests repeatedly.
