加拿大移民和难民保护法（Immigration and Refugee protection Act）第三条第一项前两款：
"3 (1) The objectives of this Act with respect to immigration are

你说“移民根本不是任何法律规定，全是一拍脑袋家长独裁者绝对的。”我指出法条规定了政府制定移民政策要达成以上目标。就证明你说错了，就这么简单。
"There is nothing has real meaning at all"，先不提语法错误，可惜法院也不认同你。随便一搜援引这两条的判决都将近两百个。
