类似的事情在温州发生过, 一家银行的外汇买卖系统有漏洞, 很多人发现,有人可以在一个晚上赚几万. 但是责任不是客户的. 是银行本身自己没有做好. 而且这种漏洞也很容易发现, 第二天的帐就会不平. 把漏洞补上就可以了. 那些利用漏洞赚钱的人,也没有被要求退款. 相反这家银行的外汇业务,因此做的很好.很快把损失赚回来. 从另外一个反面反映出,山东工行的问题: 1,还是一个霸道的官行, 不像一家上市的公司. 2,管理上漏洞很大,而不是软件上那么简单. 10天时间可以连续发生. 投资人还敢买他们的股票!!!!!!! 3,事发后竟然用非法手段囚禁客户!!! 可怕呀! 其实最可怕的是很多人竟然认为工行做的对. 国家利益高于一切?! 如果有证据显示着两个人设置了这个程序漏洞,或者和内部人员串通. 顶多向法院申请冻结他们账户! 哪来得权利扣人!

这是工行的疏忽，没有理由没收其合法获利。嫉妒他人暴利。
