I would never consider to buy such an expensive house. It's not worth of that price - half a million dollars. Most of the houses were pushed to higher and higher by our Chinese immigrants. If we don't do that way, the price will go down.

Plus, who cares about VAUGHAN anyway. Is it in Canada ? 😀

Location, location, location ! The value of this house may get 30% increase in next 10 years. But if you put same money into a house close to downtown Toronto, it will go double or even triple.
