many chinese never interacted with other peoples, so they don't have sense of identity and don't know their images through others' eyes. many of them are lack of basic trust to each other

many Chinese avoid confrontation no matter how the situations go unchecked. understand that confrontation shouldn't be encouraged in some cases.
