Everyone knows this simple fact, how come the government won't know?! Because the rebates from the agencies that "helping" the agency are so big, they can't help taking it!
They want to cut the benefit for Canadians, used the funding to the refugees, because the Liberal and NDP politician are taking lots bribe from the agencies "helping" refugees settled down in Canada!
