DIscuss with your husband lo...and then try to make an agreement...Maybe it is not bad to come back China when he graduate if he cannot find a good job in Canada(Maybe the US is another choice)...
All the problem is just because Canada is such a poor country...not competitive...inefficient...no chances...
Dont compare China with Canada. If so ,you'll feel much disappoint...because they are not in the same level for young ppl...

I think you should accept the job and start to work. Give yourself more time to make the decision. There is no right or wrong answer whether you stay here or back to BJ. Depends on what kind of person you are, and what kind of life style you enjoy.
Meeting different people in work should be more interesting than waiting in home for KFC. While you get other focus, you may stop complaining, and start to enjoy your new life.
I worked in multi-national companies for over 5 years while in China, and came here for over 2 years. At the beginning, I would consider also the life here boring; but now, I would say "peaceful".
In China, life is for work; here, work is for life.
