The logic to punish a country because of a terrible human right records, is absurd.
By to this logic, then, we should punish the Germany first, their infamous NAZI atrocity is unprecedented in human history. Next, the USA. The USA has a history of enslave the blacks. Blacks must yield his/her seat to the whites on buses. The US bombed and killed over 1 million Iraqis and Afghanis and committed horrendous atrocities in Iraq and Afghanistan. Abu Ghraib, CIA secrete rendition, Guantanamo are comparable to NAZI concentrate camps. Not to mention the killing of millions and agent Orange poisoning in Vietnam. Guess what, Canada produced the poison.
