梁淑冰将不排除换律师
海明律师表示将和原告纽约居民梁淑冰以及中国公民李丽兰进行沟通，商量下一步对策。至于会不会撤案，他表示自己并没有表达这样的意思，尚未决定未来将怎样做。
两名原告中，李丽兰是七十多岁的北京退休小学教师，至今从未接受任何媒体采访，亦没有刊登过任何照片。而另一名梁淑冰表示，对道歉信内容并不满意，将不排除换律师继续告CNN的可能。

海明律师再三强调自己在孤军奋战，像网友骂他的那样，是“堂·吉诃德大战风车”。本来的六人律师团中，其他五位洋人律师都已经退出，只剩下他一个人还在坚持，对抗CNN。另外，他还多次强调自己未收一分律师费以及捐款。

Actually there is a kind of culture barrier in this matter. First, anchors in North America can blame anyone in their shows, no matter the president or any politicians, they have the rights to do so. In this particular event, Cafferty used some coarse words to describe Chinese, which led to the over reaction of Chinese. Second, the formal apology Chinese want to get might not the same style which given by CNN. It seem CNN avoid using the formal words and style, which actually just want to keep their face. Personally, I think we won on this matter.
..."felt like maybe I was insulting them,...I'm sorry for that."
That's not making their apology but is a quibble! That means the CNN is only sorry for the consequence of Chinese people misunderstanding.
That's not enough!!!!!!!
Come on, how can you think of this as an apology? I urge the editor of the News for this website to modify the title of this news so that people will not be misled.

CNN 又在玩儿文字游戏。请注意："Chinese felt like maybe I was insulting them"。只是我们感觉受到侮辱，而他并没有承认他侮辱中国人。这种句式是老外没有诚意道歉时惯用的伎俩，让你觉得他道歉了，其实他根本没有承认他有错。而且用了MAYBE。这算什么？！并且SORRY 是一个非常轻的口语化的道歉。真正的道歉应用apologize.
如果CNN真有诚意道歉，应该由高层在节目中正式道歉，而且Jack Cafferty应该被解职。
这不是道歉，是狡辩！
