Anyone(include PM Canada's relatives) wants become a
Canadian Citizen, should become immigrant first.
The Lady came from Japan. According to the relationship
between Japan and Canada, and as a single mother with two
baby kids. it is not that hard. I knew there was a successful
case last year about a Philippine single mother, ==> just
expose the public through reporter, life will be easier.
The terrible job (taking care the two canadian babys) without
any help,any break, food, diaper, ..., lots pressure. makes the
tradedy happen.
why not send them to her mother in Japan??
