These people are real jerks and they know it. Look at their eyes, they are filled with fear and disdain, and they know full well what other people are think of them - igorant brain-washed morons, being used as a political tools and not having a single clue. Their eyes look as if any minute some people from the surrounding crowd will jump out and give them a beating.
I would say to them "hey, dude, you know what, you are missing something. An oxygen tank on your back."
or
"Hey, if I wanted to be a jerk, I would wear an oxygen tank to match the mask. Some professionalism, man."
