When they performed routine background check, they can't find my history record. Here is the email from Johnson's Tracey Snelgrove, Benefit Specialist, National Development: "We can't get any information either, our underwriters called and they said there was never a policy for you, it was only for a day not a year. So there is nothing else I can do." I called, emailed, faxed to Nordic. It took a long time. I started car insurance with Johnson since Aug 30, 2006. I finally cancelled the policy in Jan 2007.

First, I would like to declare that I will take full responsibility of what I will post below. If there is any legal dispute, it has nothing to do with 51.ca or Mr Zhao. In August 2005, I found Jerry at 647-388-3522 on 51.ca under marketing/car selling. He offered $145 per month with $200 commission fee if I pay him in lump sum in cash. On Aug 30, 2005, I met him in front of Food Basicslocated in Gamble and Pape. I paid him $1940 and he gave me an insurance pink sheet with policy code: #TT56ADC581 from Nordic.

I bought fake car insurance in Sep 2005. The guy posted his commercial here in 51.ca under marketing. I paid him $1800 plus $200 commission in cash. Next year I chose another Insurance company and when they checked my insurance history and can't find any record. Then they doubled my rate. Next Monday I will post the guy's name(if it is real), phone number and his car plate. He drove a white car. I don't have information with me right now. He said his last name is Zhang.
