I think that 淡水's comment are fair. It is true that thare are some landlords who just aims at the money,... and some tenants don't care others... Dongyue's case will be a good lesson to everyone of us. No matter what you desired, please let your conscience guides your behavior all the time. 我原来住过downtown很多人合租的house，房东是个惟利是图的人，很多地方有点像网上有人说得张东岳的父母（如果情况属实的话），房客大都不太喜欢。 但曾经有一段时间住进来几个小留学生，从此整个house就没有了安宁。他们成天不好好学习，就知道大吵大闹，打情骂俏。和网上不知什么论坛的人对骂，语言污秽下流。经常在深更半夜把音乐开到最大，闹的周围鸡犬不宁，连邻居house里住的老外都受不了了，不停地过来抗议。他们从来不打扫卫生，垃圾就往自己门外走廊一堆，臭气熏天。厨房里别人的东西也不问一声，拿过来就用就吃。后来房东终于把他们赶出去了，住house里的人无不拍手称快！ 直到现在我也不太喜欢当时吝啬的房东，但对他们还能忍受和理解，毕竟他们不算富裕，也希望节约开支多赚钱。但对那几个小留学生实在是无法忍受和理解！ 我并没有说所有的小留学生都是这样，我相信大多数还是好的，但确实有相当大一批小留学生素质不高。希望这些人不要把责任和错误都推到张东岳父母的身上，而是应该从自己身上找找原因，好好反省一下自己。如果认识不到这些问题，以后类似事件还会发生。。。
