问题是俄罗斯人为什么要移民加拿大呢？ 难道俄罗斯不好吗？奇怪． （我当然知道中国人为什么要移民加拿大，因为美国不让移）

这个排的是移民，正常的。 如果排妓女，贪污犯，金融诈骗犯之类，加拿大绝对第一。 我俄罗斯的同事就给我说过个事情， 一对俄罗斯夫妇，男的物理教授，女的英语教授，申请移民加拿大被拒，与此同时一个妓女移民成功了。 后来加拿大移民局解释说加拿大更需要妓女。 随便找个俄罗斯的移民，都可以问问这事，这在俄罗斯移民中还算个事情，相当于华人中的高山案。
