You should know that even the car was not parked in front of your grass, when you just feel it ruined the view from your windows, you have rights to call police and have the car removed.
Your driveway is legally protected and it's your property. You are not obligated to tell your neighbours anything. Property management and police would solve the issue
In Canada, neighbours rarely go straight forward for one issue face to face since you don't want to be hurt if the end result is disagreement

我在搬入新居后有一段时间,有一辆车每天下班停在我家门前草坪边,几乎紧顶着我的driveway口, 搞得我进出很不方便,本想可能它只是临时停在那里,可几周过去了,一看不妙,看来这里被他当永久parking lot 了。跟邻居打听,找到车主,是我家斜斜对面隔几个house的一家。敲门,很客气地跟主人说,你的车停在那里,我倒没什么,我儿子是个new driver,每天进进出出,我担心万一哪天他不小心撞了你的车,我那辆旧车不打紧,我看你的新车给擦一点就麻烦了。第二天起,那里就通畅无比了。
碰上这样的同胞邻居:我该不该搬家?
