when buying used car from a private sale should be no problem since you always need to go to the ontario ministry of transportation to pay transfer tax, register title etc. if the car is a stolen car the government should know otherwise how the individules would know? it is kiding to ask people to check the car's price level to judge if it is a stolen car. what, are you expecting people to looking for the highest possible price for a used car? if you are not an ass, you must be a sshhhiiit. if this is government's rule, it would be certainly stupid and unreasonable rule, definitly need to be removed.
