Then let's start!"

Your Honor. May I have your indulgence to respectfully challenge that you are wrong? In property laws, there are two types of ownership: deed and rights to use (RTU). Deed owners have exclusive ownership and usage of the land and structures on the land for as long as the ownership is not abandoned or transfered. RTU owners have exclusive ownership and usage of the land and structures on the land for a specified period of time. Some countries including but not limited to Canada, USA adopt the system of deed ownership. Others, for examples China, Hong Kong and Mexico, prefer RTU. In Mexico where H1N1 is the talk of the global village, owners have RTU for usually 75 years, while in Hong Kong 99. This workshop is delivered to you for free by a licensed professional Sedona.

there are more chinese than others 和 there are many more chinese than others 意思不太一样,但都是对的。
Mr. Sedona:
there are more chinese than others 和 there are many more chinese than others 意思不是太一样吧? also
to avoid speaking chinese aloud while there are people who don't speak chinese present 和 to avoid speaking chinese aloud when there are people who don't understand chinese but are part of the group (but may not present at the moment)意思也不太一样吧?

are present.
You won't believe this: now I'm working for a big company, which has more Chinese than those in all the companies I had worked previously. I recall during the first week, many groups were being trained in Chinese. I heard a Caucasian lady from the other floor telling her colleague “Can you believe it? Down there, they’re all talking in Chinese!” No one raised this as an issue, as Chinese was the majority in the group. Ha. It depends where you are – for sure I tried to avoid isolating those who don’t understand Chinese but are part of the group.
...which having has much more Chinese ...
应该是...which has many more chinese ...吧?

So it depends where you are – sure I tried to avoid to isolate those can’t understand Chinese are present.
You won't believe this, : now I'm working for a big company, which having has much more Chinese than all the companies I worked in before. I still remembered in the first week I started, many groups were training in Chinese. Later, heard one lady from the other floor saying her colleague - a Caucasian told her “Can you believe? Down there, they’re all talking in (this might be exactly what the lady said, but it's wrong. "talking Chinese" means totally different from "talking in Chinese") Chinese!” But no one raised this as an issue, as Chinese is the main stream in the group. Ha. So it depends where you are – sure I tried to avoid to isolate those who can’t understand Chinese among all that are present.
