I have bad experience on buying car insurance, In Dec 2007, I bought my first car and I bought car insurance from 250(or 200) consumers RD, 1010(or something ,I just remember it's on the 10th stery).
The lucky thing for me is that the insurance is true, but some of the information in my file is false.for example, he wrote that I was a Scnecia student,so I got the group rate. It's not true.
I found that one year later ,and corrected it. I can never reach that guy who sold me the car insurance,his name is Tommy Lee

Everybody should know that after you buy insurance ,the insurance company will sent all the papers (include pink slip) to your own address directly.
It's easy to figure out if the insurance is fake or not.

我下面的办法应该有一定的可行性和可操作性：
1. 你需要报警，比如直接去警局
2. 如果警察愿意查，其实我觉得不是太难，你不是有那个人的电话号码吗，如果这个人的电话户主是伪造的，不能直接锁定这个人，警察可以要求电信公司提供这个电话号码的所有对账单（据我所知可以查出7年的所有打进打出的号码），然后从所有这个人的incoming and outgoing phone calls入手，还是有可能锁定这个人的。
你手上的证据不多，可以不放一试我说的。
