雇主不是不可以对应聘者的年龄作限制，只要可以证明年龄确实对完成该岗位工作有限制作用即可。不过，要是对这个招聘认真起来，偶又有点儿说不清。看来，偶也约等于法盲——但愿领事馆在招聘之前咨询过相关的律师就好。要不等有什么纠纷时，国家就多了一笔损失了。

中国驻多伦多总领馆 brought the age discimination, and other violations into Canada, like personal IDs, pictures...... Be careful.........

I do not think the age requirement is a serious issue. But the required personal photo is against the Canadian law.

these chinese is against canadian law in recuit staff. canadian law says no age discrimation allowed in employment in canada. looks >35 age is not acceptable to work for them.
