3．拖：能拖多久拖多久（方法不分高低，找到理由拖就是成功。例如：忙、不接电话，不理....都可用上），消灭对方的锐气；象等2年后上庭，受害人可能气已消、或已没有激情去告、还已记不清

吃一堑长一智，以其人之道还其人之身；总之，既要懂规则、也要有策略。
华人除了在专业和经济上聪明外，还得在规则上聪明，后者更重要。

So, keep it in mind that to collect evidence (e.g. use cell phone to take a pic) is more important than to complain the fairness of the legal system.
There was another case happened a couple of weeks ago. The smart victim used her cell phone to take some pictures of the attacker so the case was easily filed in the RCMP. However, the result is unknown yet. Let's see.

NEWMARKET — A man pleaded guilty today to pushing an Asian man off a dock into Lake Simcoe but was given a conditional discharge.
Three other assault charges against Scott MacEachern, 21, were dropped because there was no prospect of conviction, Crown attorney Paul Tait said yesterday at the Newmarket courthouse after the trial.
In three lineups, the complainants could not identify MacEachern.
“There was similar facts and evidence and some believed he committed these offences," said York Regional Police Det. Roderick Ramage. "We pursued it as far as we could but couldn’t get enough evidence for a reasonable prospect of conviction.”
MacEachern - who has no prior record and didn’t address the court - must take counseling as part of his 12-month probation.
He must also keep the peace and not associated with the complainant in order to meet the conditions of his discharge.
The court said it would accept the joint Crown and defense submission for a conditional discharge because MacEachern plead guilty, was remorseful and accepted responsibility for his actions.
Complainant Liu Jing was not in court but was not pleased with the verdict.
“He has done this more than once and who knows what will happen again," said Jing, who was fishing off a dock when he was pushed into the lake. "Nobody is happy. I can’t express my feelings,”
MacEachern works in construction and has completed three years of college for business.
There have been a rash of attacks on Asian anglers in recent years and the matter is being investigated by the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
