不知有否真有这样的法律。
当年我也被deport出境的（因为资料不全) deport back to Canada，
现在我经常入出美加，从来没有问题。

In the 1950's, communism was spreading all over the world like cancer, it's right for the US to apply tough measures to control its spread, just like you need chemo-therapy to control the spread of cancer.
