千万不要签什么开放旅游的协议。但引渡协议可签，免得一部份垃圾专往加拿大窜😁

不过，加拿大政府的打算好像正好相反－－热衷于开放旅游的协议，不想签引渡协议。

Canada does not need China to be successful. We did very well when China was a much poorer nation, and will continue to do well with or without close tie with China.
Nowadays both Canada and China are very pragmatic nations, when their companies see benefits of working on business engagement with each other, they will do it even if our PM never visits China. If they see no such benefit, then they will not sign such business deals even if our PM visits China everyday.
