Please mail back Charming China's IPTV Set-top Box in its original condition including, all packing materials with bar codes intact, all parts and accessories, documentation and manuals and all other items originally received within fifteen (15) days of service termination. No refunds will be made to customer until Charming China receives the returned Equipment. If Charming China does not receive the returned equipment after fifteen (15) days, a $200 Equipment Fee will be charged to Customer's credit card(if the Customer already paid $50 deposit, $150 additional Equipment Fee will be charged), or we may turn your account over to a collection agency.
Upon receipt of the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your credit card and close your Charming China account. Thank you for your attention. Please do not reply to this email.
