Everybody knows the Kyoto deal is seriously flawed. It only asks developed countries to reduce emissions but put no restirctions on developing nations including the world's largest polluter and CO2 emitter -- China. As a result, China's emissions grow rapidly after Kyoto, so whatever other countries can do to cut emission, it's completely useless because the reduction is far less than China's increase.
