这是篇很危险的文章，我是反对他的观点的。 目前在加拿大主流社会都还没一致认为华裔医生有过错；相反赞赏他的“以人为善”和“人道”精神。加拿大最大的7大工会组织都联名致信安省政府，表达对黄医生支持。 加拿大是个仁慈社会，这篇文章是明显的违反此精神的。“福利”的宗旨就是帮助弱者。 至于黄是否违反医生准则都还没有定论。而这篇文章试图以“狭隘和丑陋”的方式来下定论。千万别让这样的人写英文文章，要不，把我们这个族裔的丑陋暴露于加拿大主流社会。 我讨厌华人社区，每当谈论福利被滥用时个个咬牙切齿。别忘了，试图滥用福利的人，本身就是不幸的人，加拿大是个宽容社会。我们的同胞在咬牙切齿时，为啥不把重点放在如何把自己发展成一个出色的人才，为加拿大福利做贡献。 黄医生大部分帮助的都不是华人，我们应为这样的华裔感到骄傲，同情弱者，帮助弱者。不惜自己的行医执照。加拿大主流社会珍惜的也就是他的这种境界。

小题大作了。资本主义本身就很不完美。一个制度只要多数人得到点好处就可以了。有些制度的漏洞您还真没法去堵，就像变魔术的当你的面调戏您硕士，博士的智慧，您真还没办法，眼睛看爆了都没用。要说不合理，当初 "Hydro" 的头，把公司搞糟了，走人时还拿百万哪，区区20块钱算啥？

有福利那天起，就有人滥用。关键是监管。
