--- GIVE ME A BREAK. The Chinese government couldn't care less if you are in trouble.
Chinese gov did nothing, not even a protest when Chinese people were massively killed or raped in Burma and Indonesia. If you are in trouble in China, the Canadian government may be able to help you out

I happened to visit the Chinese Consulate in Toronto 2 month ago, I can tell you one thing, the White people definitely got better treat on the Chinese soil. What they got is service, and the Chinese, whether Chinese Chinese or Canadian Chinese, you only get 白眼 and 挑刺。
