just tried searching "谷歌发飙 利用搜索关键字报复" in google.com and baidu.com. I got 9,560 hits from google, but only 86 from baidu.
and I tried "说说百度和谷歌的那些事" same way and got 3,930,000 from google and only 27,600 from baidu.
both are chinese, google still does the better job.

I didn't get what were mentioned in here.
my guess would be that Google doesn't want to be restricted on the search results anymore, so they updated database and removed the filters or whatsoever, the change brings up those long-time-restricted words or suggestions. it's unsurprising that these words are just rapidly dropping down in the frequent searched list or suggestion list one day later.
technically, google definitely is able to do this, but for what? making CCP compromised? making money? changing chinese people's minds in one day? what the hell? why so many of you are thinking like a kid who's mad at someone?
lots of chinese overreact on lots of china-related news. please, develop other interests and care about people around you.

New Google Suggest Tool What is Google Suggest?
As you type into the Google search box, Google? Suggest guesses what you're typing and offers word and phrase suggestions in real-time. This is similar to Google's "Did you mean?" feature that offers alternative spellings for your query after you search, except that it works in real time. For example, if you type "bass," Google Suggest might offer a list of refinements that include "bass fishing" or "bass guitar." Similarly, if you type in only part of a word, like "progr," Google Suggest might offer you refinements like "programming," "programming languages," "progesterone," or "progressive." You can choose one by scrolling up or down the list with the arrow keys or mouse. That's pretty cool. How does it do that?
Our algorithms use a wide range of information to predict the queries users are most likely to want to see. For example, Google Suggest uses data about the overall popularity of various searches to help rank the refinements it offers. An example of this type of popularity information can be found in the Google Zeitgeist. Google? Suggest does not base its suggestions on your personal search history.
