In general, the goods you include in your personal exemption must be for your personal or household use.
household use是可以的,楼主可以去CBSA投诉追回税款

别想了,这里的这句话应该理解为:
In general, the goods you include in your personal exemption (CA$200, or CA$400, or CA$750) must be for your personal or household use.
也就是说,在伱个人的免税额之内(比如7天伱有750),伱这750只能用于伱自己和伱自己的家庭所用,而不能用于(或者转给)其他人。至于伱超出伱自己的750了,那么不管是家人还是别人的免税额,都不能转给伱用。这就和前面的一句话相符合了:
You cannot combine your personal exemptions with another person's or transfer them to someone else.
