“中华五千年文明”这种说法在中共立国前就有了。
在辛亥革命时，就提出了“黄帝纪元表”，以黄帝纪元4609年为中华民国元年。
而且，并非只有文字才能记载历史，考古发现同样可以验证传说。
如果考虑青铜文明，中国有4000多年历史； 考虑新石器文明，大概有9000多年的历史。

IF you concern about your daughter's Chinese, there is so many options . especially in Toronto.Just pay for it.Canada goverment doesn't own you anything, so they have to pay for what you are interested but not all the Canadians.
