Someone methoned it's because of lack of education. It's a bull. Education system in China do not teach how to behave. Those who thougt they were better and well educated are actually stupiest.

Take a look at the computer you are using, and tell us how many pirated softwares are installed on it? how many softwares on your computer are legally licensed?
同感。农民怎么了？农民也有素质高的。看看那些超市里的陋习的人，我估计大部分都不是农民出生的。责备别人的同时，希望看看自己，你每次去大中华买菜有把手推车摆好再走吗？看看有多少人开车过来，装好菜就回家了，整个超市门口到处都是手推车。
