多市本周持续高温 炎炎夏日何处避暑？

今年是多市记录上最热的夏天之一，本周多市气温虽然只有30多度，但因为湿度较高，所以感觉气温接近40度。为此，公众纷纷走到室外找寻凉爽的地方。

多市6000多名室外工人已与市府达成临时协议，游泳池和跳水池将继续正常开放。

市府为需要避暑市民开设了4处避暑地方：

市府总部大楼（Metro Hall）, 55 John St. (John and King)
东约克市府礼堂， 850 Coxwell Ave. (Coxwell and Mortimer)
怡陶碧谷市府礼堂，399 The West Mall (Burnamthorpe and Hwy 427)
北约克市府礼堂, 5100 Yonge St. (Yonge and Sheppard)

市府总部大楼全天24小时开放，其他三处市府礼堂开放时间为上午11点到下午7点。

高温天气里需要医疗服务的市民可以拨打红十字会防高温热线416-480-2615，服务时间为上午9点到晚上9点。
