多谢 大侠 提醒 有些人说这是小便宜,难道说占大便宜才是英雄吗 追求实惠没有错 何况新生的技术 想体验一下也没有错 小弟 搬家 本想也尝试一下 这个 看来 不必了 这种公司态度太恶心 政策够阴险

You can check with your credit card company before you pay them. Usually, you have right refuse to pay if you don't use their services or you are not satisfy their produce or services. You can consult your credit company. See if you can refuse pay them. If you had already paid them, you credit company can ask this company return it. You just don't pay this fee to your credit company. And this company will get trouble from your credit company and have a bad record about this.

我看是商家被忽悠了。把商家折腾一大把,还想一分不花?自己似乎也很明白这里的人工很贵。

A quick tip: call your credit card company to void this $50 transanction. You can claim this a fraud charge and your credit card company will pull the money back. Now you have $75 on your balance; the ball is at your hand. You can then ask for a apology letter and then send a check for $25 🙂 Also get yourself prepared for some hard evidences for later disbutes.

既然A都说了什么别的费用都没有,连Cancel都不收钱,那收50元的押金做什么呀?如果你在决定下订单之前问一句那50元的押金是做什么用的,你可能就会得到一个完全不同的结果.

Sigh, another typical tragedy. I've read all the comments above. So far they belong to three groups: - It is all your fault, why didn't you be more careful - Let it be, take it as a lesson - Pay me (or sb else) money, I/they can solve it. But I want to say, if you want it to be one of your experience, make it a successful one - Get back all that they own you. Miss A's behavior is nothing but misleading. I've just read some article that such verbal message can be used as proof. Record when and what they said. Go to small claim court and use that as you proof. That's good enough. You'll get your money back -- they have their "rules" not letting you to have your money back, but there are nation-wide rules that against such malpractice and support you. Good luck.

生意只有 WIN-WIN 才能做下去. 商家也要吃饭呀. 一件在大陆的趣事: 几年前我的老板派一个同事去印名片. 同事是特别能砍价的那种人. 砍到 RMB15/盒. 同事说: 14块我就做了. 店员说: 明天下午来拿吧. 高兴了一个晚上, 第二天下午: 店员: 14块我们做不了, 赔钱. 同事: 那 15 块吧. 还好, 名片不是急用. 😊 免费的午餐不能说没有, 但不多, 也吃不长远.
