对JJ们说两句 从长远来看,赚钱不是靠忽悠买家,而是替客户提供优质服务,我经常看realtor网,感觉很多西人JJ把卖家的房子做成多媒体资料,而没有看到一位华人JJ做到这点,拍几张照片不算什么大事,但反映一个态度。 当然利用华人的盲从心理也是一种销售手段,但终归不是长久之计。。。

The realtors told people any time is a good opportunity to buy a house or a apartment. When the housing market was hot, they pushed people to bid multi-offers. They said :" Hurry! Hurry! This is the best opportunity to get the house, otherwise the housing price will goes up!" When the housing market was cool, they still push people to bid a offer. They said:" There is nobody bid with you, this is the best opportunity!" Do they really concern your money? Absolutely not! They only concern the money they take from you! Where they sit decide what they say. Thus, you should decide the time you buy your house. Don't believe any realtor. Even you buy a house for yourself live in, you should wait market price goes down. Why would you pay more? Even it is just $10000. That is your income after tax.

据说买二手房跟HST 没关系。。。所以房价跌跟HST 无关。。。

因为佣金要交税了,直接影响的是JJ的荷包,对买房的人来说,HST的增长远低于房价的下降,因此,HST不是主因。主因是房地产市场价太高,资金链的断裂,加国地产的崩盘在美国地产崩盘的两年后发生,这与以前的经济周期类似。

There is no realtor(JJ) would tell you to buy a house at the lowest price. In another word, every realtor(JJ) would tell you that is the lowest price and the most suitable house for you. Do you think people who want your money are lovely?

才刚第一个月房价稍有点跌,就叫人们买房,JJ们真可恨。
