Culture integration is very important. The older people move to another country, the more difficult they can adapt to the new culture. Without culture integration, it's had for one to engage with other people in work places. Therefore affect their job selection or job competence. Usually technical, lab jobs are less interpersonal, thus most immigrant are working in these jobs.
