Maybe you are lucky in your previous companies. from experience, need to catch up with new work if you are not familiar with your new job. stand firm if you are right. don't always depend on other people. practice your soft skills to express your feeling properly. never quit your job because of other people if you have the ability to handle it!

不要乱责怪中国人!我的上司是中国人,我自己是个TEAM LEAD, 公司的R & D 绝大部分都是中国人.虽然如此,我们招人的时候,从来没有考虑任何种族因素,中国人多,只是因为确实咱们在这方面比较强.
你也是个有多年经验的人了,应当应聘的是薪水比较高的职位,这样的职位,你来了一个多月还不能出活,那是不能接受的!你想,那个白人为什么会那样对你?他显然觉得你不怎么样.面对西人,逃避绝对不是办法.办法是,让他觉得你确实比他强! 其实,面对国人又何尝不是这样?国人之间互相看不起的情况更甚,只是不说出来而已!

I feel sorry abut your situation... It really happens sometimes - when what your believe and expecation does not fit into the company environment... If you can not change yourself by being part of them (which in reality people are most likely have difficult time to change themselves), your just feel being more screwed with one more day working their.
Clam down... be confident for a new journey...
By the way, thanks for sharing.
Don't worry, here is Canada, no one starvation. Don't complain your Chinese folks, you just unlucky to meet a good Chinese around you.

I have the experiences as same as you do. We have to be careful with those people who comes from the city of ChongQing. They only care about themselves, nobody else. "Helpful" does not exit in their mind. Myself is their blood.
