I also like Petro Canada at Victoria & Finch. I also use Citibank card to save $0.02/L. But I don't think it's a good idea to spend 3200 points to buy $2 649 ticket. You can convert the points to be PC points, and spend in No Frills or other stores. 3200 points equals to $3.2 over there.
