那么我们就认为CIC的目标就是要各地处理尽可能一致。我们游行施压只是让CIC更快完成它自己的目标。
如果CIC认为某些人的父母因该慢，就因该一条条写下来，写入他自己的操作守则。
我始终认为我和CIC没有本质矛盾，我们只是在帮助CIC这个老朋友，实现他自己的既定方正。
不要说一套做一套，这个既不是真君子也不是真小人。
游行的结果2个：CIC要么实质性缩小各地差距，要么公开其流程写入某些人就是要慢（当然如果CIC选择后者，就像美国现在一样大规模起诉。）

父母团聚移民带有人道性质。应增加/加快这类审批，应适当减少难民案。

I don't know Canada government data is accurate or not. But how do you convinced English media, 6 years is common for Beijing cases and 2 years is common for New Deli cases? Sorry dululu, I didn't see any data from the url your post.

北京六年是建立在北京有积累案件6800人，而每年配额只有1000人的基础上。
假定“从现在开始没有新的案件递交北京”，北京仍然需要6年多才能处理现有案件，其他地域类推。

your data is historical data meaningless.
而且你的数据是错的：如果北京32个月那么2008年2月的人都该得到签证，事实上2007年12月北京的人还没体检呢。
政府提供错误的信息，也是我们次要的反对内容之一。

Do not trust the site!!!
My case has been in Beijing for more than 37 month and still not finalized!!! Not to mention the time in CPC in Mississauge! You can get that latest time from government's Web site.
I have sent many emails to the Beijing Embassy and answer is always same: "BE PATIENT"
Every year, the tax amounts I've paid are more than enough for a regular family.
It's pain in the ass.
Definitely I will go.

Here's an email extract from the Embassy (I received this email when my case had been in Beijing for more than 35 months while the web site said the average time form processing the case was 27 months for 80% cases):
Dear xxxxx:
Please be advised that this application is in queue for final review.
We anticipate that we will finalize this application within 6 months.
Please be patient and wait for our office to contact you.
