1.整个文章都不错.就那一句"华人搬来.洋人就迁走"太扯蛋了.你的存在使左右邻居都搬走了吗?再说,搬家很正常,没人搬走怎么会有人搬来呢?你的自卑感可太强了.我的第一个房子在白人社区,后来也卖给了白人,难道可以说我是厌恶人家白人才搬走的吗? 1.第二次买房时,经纪一再宣传别买带游泳池的房子,朋友也都劝我别买,最终没买.不知为何.

真是瞎扯，草地并不需要天天浇水。一个星期一次就够了。如果连续一段时间每星期下一次雨的话，这段时间都可以不浇水。更详细的信息可查看多伦多政府网页http://www.toronto.ca/watereff/tips/lawn.htm 感觉51转载的来自地产周刊的文章大多有误导嫌疑，望赵兄能在转载前多花点工夫把把关，以免误导第一次买House的人。

For example, we spent about $500 on chemical to balance the water when we got the house. The water filter has to be on 24/7 because our pool has 75,000L. Every week we have to vaccum the pool, back wash and adding more chemical. After back wash, we will need to add water back in. Every rainning day, we have to add the chemical. ☹️ However we like to have a swimming pool, it's always nice to know it's there for us. Whether it is worth the time and effort, I don't know. We only use the few times this summer. 🙂 Higher stand of living quality does take money and time. People who are living on the street enjoy everything for free 🙂

你家泳池周边一定没有树木吧，所以轻松. 水估计也不深，所以水温适宜。要不然能把人能冻得打哆嗦
