陈旺案结案陈词：200人到法庭外声援

好了，撤销所有控罪，皆大欢喜的结局：警察不傻（因为在当时情景下不逮捕陈旺则面临失职的危险），检控官不傻（有法不依，说不过去），法官也不傻啊（法的尺度最终还不是由人掌握的？众怒难犯啊~）

请问那些认为陈旺有罪的人, 陈旺会不会进监狱?

陈旺这事儿虽然情有可原，但从法律上讲他还是有罪。这事儿即使发生在中国他也会被判有罪。 以前我在国内的单位，几个保安抓住一个小偷，把他打成重伤，后来几个人都被判了，虽然情节上比这个事严重，但是性质是一样的。国人的法制观念还是太缺乏，什么事儿都自以为是，一厢情愿，最后倒霉的还是自己。

群众的眼睛是雪亮的！ 公理不容你们几个挑樑小丑而改变！！！！ 无知！！！！

Dear editor, please get rid of "chen-wang"'s post! His post is a statement of himself, an ugly low life!

有一个错别字。

Support Chen. He was totally reasonable but was very unlucky. If he could speak English better on the scene, there was a chance the cops would listen to his story and not even charge him. It is what it is now. Lets hope his lawyer and the judge can be smart enough to avoid convicting him but meanwhile not bending the law and set as a precedent. There is no need to make it a racial issue. I know main stream majority are all on Chen's side. Make sure all banners are in English.

Sorry, Chen is guilty for sure.
