Canadians are nice in general but not our media and some politicians. Canada doesn't have a ministry of propaganda but clearly Canadian media is quite political and full of propaganda if you really pay attention to it. It is always in line with the US.
QEII is exporting inflation and problems to the rest of the world including Canada. Our Canadian economists on CBC said "what is good for America is good for Canada" in response to the question on QEII. The reality is Canada always loses to some degree whenever there is an economic conflict with the US. Canadian media sometimes makes me recall China's cultural revolution style media campaign when it comes to international issues. Its view point is very predictable, always pleasing Washington. There are some exceptions but very few. We are "the girl next door" to the US.
