Although new methodology adopted in 2010 HD Report, the difference between number one and number eight is still easy to find. Based on the published data, the change due to the new methodology is only 0.2% in HDI.

Why that is a big deal? There is no big difference between number one and number ten. One of those advanced countries will be number one anyway
