I do not know where this information is obtained. But this is obviously false.
The gorvenment has been cuttting down investment in education 10 years ago. This is also done at the Federal level.
Universities are forced to increase the class size and cut small but very important specialized courses. Our children will not be able to compete internationally if the trend continues.
Is this what the author want for his/her children?
